Candidate Eligibility

According to the PCSM Constitution, a candidate for the office of President-elect must have been a member of the Council in good standing [paid membership dues] for at least two years before being placed in nomination.  Candidates for Treasurer/Membership and Secretary must be members in good standing [paid membership dues].

Voter Eligibility

All members in good standing [paid membership dues] may vote in the PCSM elections. It is very important to keep your membership current!

Voting Timeline

Voting for the PCSM election will open on September 1 each year and close on October 1 of the same year.

* President Elect will become President in one year after becoming President Elect. If a President decides to serve two full terms, the President Elect will be elected the year prior to the final year of the President’s second term.
